2026 BER price list for residential dwellings. Prices apply to homes up to 275 m² and are fully inclusive, including the SEAI registration filing fee (€30), and we do not add VAT.

Add-ons and special cases
- If there is an extension or heated conservatory/sunroom, add €10 for each to the base price (ignore unheated garages).
- Extensively rebuilt house: €380.
- Update a recent and valid BER that is already on file: €130 (e.g., boiler upgrade or solar panels installed).
- Certificate delivery is by email (PDF). If you require postal delivery, add €10.
- Homes over 275 m²: please contact us for a quote.
