What you receive
BER documentation suitable for the sale or letting of residential property, consisting of the BER certificate and an additional Advisory Report which will suggest some options for energy upgrades. You will need to have these documents when dealing with estate agents, conveyancing solicitors, or when advertising property on websites such as Daft.

How it works
Tell us about your property and we will arrange a dwelling survey. If the home has been extensively renovated, please have any relevant documentation (insulation, heating and ventilation details) available.
We assess the dwelling using the current SEAI DEAP methodology and software, based on the survey and/or design specifications.
You receive the BER certificate and advisory report. If you need a quick turnaround, we can e-mail documents once complete. We aim to have the BER Certificate fully registered with SEAI and listed on the National database within 2 working days of doing the survey.
Planning an energy upgrade for your home
If you are planning an energy upgrade and wish to avail of SEAI grants, bear in mind that you will need to get grant approval from SEAI before you start the work.
